As the creator of Koldja, I am decreeing that the region be reorganized into a new region focused more on Aryezi culture. Koldja is hereby renamed to Ayyad. Ayyad shall be a mixture of Aryezi and what I call Aralai (Aryezi Turkish). Alinda shall be the capital city of Ayyad. Ayyadi participation in Aryez will focus on promoting the objectives of the empire and in promoting national identity. A history of Ayyad will be written and published soon too. But that is still being worked on. I also wish to work on developing Aralai, though official Ayyadi will be standard Turkish for now. Additional plans include attracting new citizens and developing a regional government to administer and develop Ayyad. The new flag of Ayyad shall be this: Hopefully these changes and additions will help attract more people to Aryez.

It is very interesting that you chose Turkish. Although Aryezi isn't gramatically or for the most part lexiconically related to Turkish, the Roman orthography used to write Aryezi makes it look a lot like Turkish (especially the dotted and undotted "i" in Aryezi, which make the same sounds that they do in Turkish). Some Aryezi words such as beyek, yilgrizd, orgz, eflak, and siz look very Turkish, although only Yilgrizd is a borrowing itself.

Yes, I noticed that they weren't related. I picked Turkish mostly because I like it (from what i've seen so far) and it seemed like a "neighborly" language to Aryezi.

Yes, Aryezi culture is really a mixture of East and West, the way Turkey is.....
Hopefully, you will attract new citizens.
